Caroline H. Adams, a certified Geriatric Nurse practitioner, has been associated with Family Medical Care of Rowan since its inception. In August of 2008, Family Medical Care of Rowan joined Cabarrus Family Medicine. Mrs. Adams received a B.S. degree from Winston Salem State University and a M.S.N degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mrs. Adams developed an interest in nursing while helping to care for her father, a long-term stroke victim.
In her capacity of Geriatric Nurse practitioner, Mrs. Adams works with Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation Center, Brightmoor Nursing Center, the Lutheran Home and Magnolia Gardens as well as her office patients.
Mrs. Adams and her husband, Bill, are the parents of three children who are all married and parents themselves. Caroline is an excellent cook and enjoys sewing and making crafts.
