Roozchehr Safi, MD, from Tehran, Iran attended medical school at Iran University of Medical Sciences. Roozchehr worked as a general practitioner in Iran for three years before immigrating to the United States to pursue her dream of having better opportunities in her medical career. She was a member of the Earthquake Relief Committee in Iran after the 1999 earthquake. Since coming to the U.S., she has been employed as a P.A. in a combined OB/GYN- Internal Medicine office in Pittsburgh.
She is interested in literature and poetry, gardening, hiking and history.
