Shannon Ellis, MD, from Sidney, Ohio graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in Chemistry. He attended medical school at East Tennessee State University College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tennessee. Shannon comes to us after completing two years of General Surgery residency in Abington, Pennsylvania. He will be joining the class of 2009 as a second year resident. Shannon and his wife have a new baby daughter. They will be living in Concord and are excited to be near his wife’s family in Greensboro.
