IMMUNIZATION RESOURCE

Click here to visit the Center for Disease Control website to view immunization recommendations for your child, age six or younger. Just type in your child's birth date, and you will receive a customized immunization schedule for your child, including recommended dates of vaccination.

Click here to visit the American Academy of Family Physicians website to view updated immunization recommendations for infants, children and adolescents. The 2007 recommendations include the addition of two entirely new vaccines: the rotavirus vaccine and a vaccine that protects against four human papillomavirus, or HPV, genital subtypes, including types 16 and 18, which have been strongly linked to cervical cancer risk.

If you have any specific questions about immunizations for your child, please contact your family physician.
