Cabarrus Family Medicine is a unique multi-clinic group that provides comprehensive family healthcare while maintaining a personal, small-office atmosphere. Your health and that of your family are our primary concerns.

Committed to excellence, Cabarrus Family Medicine includes the faculty and residents of the Cabarrus Family Medicine Residency Program, which plays an integral role in the education of our future doctors. The innovative role of your primary care physician as both a healer and a teacher means that your family will receive state-of-the-art healthcare in a professional and compassionate manner.

To further our commitment to excellence, Cabarrus Family Medicine also includes physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are highly trained health care professionals recognized by the American Medical Association. Working in collaboration with a physician, physician assistants and nurse practitioners provide high quality, cost-effective, and individualized care for the lifespan of patients' special needs.

Located in Cabarrus and surrounding counties, our six family medicine clinics are situated in Concord, Mt. Pleasant, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, and Richfield, all convenient locations to suit the needs of our patients. In addition to our family practice centers, we also provide services for mental health needs through our Psychological and Behavioral Health office located in Concord. Another addition to our clinic network is the Sports Medicine and Injury Center and our Urgent Care, both located at our Poplar Tent location.

Once you have selected a clinic, your family will be cared for by an integrated team of board-certified family doctors, family practice resident physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nutritionists, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and medical office assistants. Should you require hospitalization, all of our physicians are on the active medical staff of Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord, North Carolina.
