Jeffrey D. Hoffman, M.D., is a North Carolina native from Gastonia. He attended undergraduate school at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Hoffman completed his internship and residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and joined Cabarrus Family Medicine in 1992. He is currently the Clinic Director at Cabarrus Family Medicine – Concord.
Dr. Hoffman enjoys all aspects of family medicine with special emphasis on headaches, geriatric medicine, and computers in medicine. Currently, he is a third degree black belt and senior instructor in a local Tae Kwon Do school. Dr. Hoffman enjoys stamp collecting, jogging, and home renovation.
Dr. Hoffman and his wife, Ruth, are the parents of two daughters.
