David C. Tignor, MD received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his residency training with the Cabarrus Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Tignor is the Clinic Director for Cabarrus Family Medicine – Poplar Tent. He also serves as team physician for Northwest Cabarrus High School and medical director of Taylor Glen Retirement Center.
